Only want to add one thing, what ever your choice ,be it Real Estate,Stocks,or whatever business, be careful, do your homework and learn from your mistakes .All too many make mistakes and rinse and repeat(As Adrian would say). But we want to learn from the mistakes and successes , and repeat only the successes.
