Whoever he is, he is right, you need to balance:

- Research,

- Creativity,

- The Practical (just do it!).

It takes all three to be a success: if you focus on just any one of these three areas you could be:

- paralyzed by (over) analysis, or

- dreaming, dreaming, dreaming, or

- bull-dozing your way down a path where there is NO demand and no return.
