   My favorite part is the title I have already checked out much of this site, so I didn’t find many new concepts in the book itself, but I did pass it on to others as an intro!

   “The first follower transforms the lone nut into a leader.” love it! This video is so simple, but that’s really what it comes down to a lot of the time.

   @ Kevin – the ‘lone nut’ analogy is close: writing is a loner’s occupation, and writing contra-blogs and books that most people will not like (by definition, since they are generally contrarian) is pretty nutty.

   Thanks for passing the link on: I suppose that’s how a ‘nut’ becomes a ‘leader’

   Wow, this is a great lesson. Because most people will follow,not lead. I’ve learned this over the years. So, if you can risk ridicule or failure, you should take the first step. Great lesson.

   Love the concept. The first follower is a leader of sorts, and his following is critical to the movement. Without him, the leader is a heretic. Great stuff!
