		<description>Never pay an insurance premium if you can afford the loss. The insurance companies spend a lot of effort to calculate premiums that cover the expected cost and include a healthy profit margin. That is why they are called premiums- you are paying extra for that coverage. If you really need it then it makes sense, if not you are wasting your money.

The other great car rental scam is the offer to refill the petrol tank for you when you return the car - by charging you for a full tank of petrol regardless of how much is actually needed.  I struggle to understand why anyone takes that option.</description>
