However, being a more 'social welfare' (not quite 'socialist') country there is a cost for medical coverage for all. Us poor schmucks back here in US are dealing with FREEZING temps. They showed a kid on the news today who thought it would be cool to walk around barefoot at -20F. He is now is hospital with serious frost-bite. Some kids have a steeper learning curve than others. Well, enjoy it – a lot!
