Rich Appearances only boost an ego driven on the approval of others' opinions, whom are too shallow to see past it. Good idea with the 5 weekend rule, I've never heard of that before. That said, there are times when it does pay to appear wealthy - like every time I walk into the bank to ask for another loan.
