I've fixed the business I'm running from sucking -$250K USD EBITDA losses per month to now throwing off $510K USD positive EBITDA per month... on revenue of about $3.4 million. If only I could bank the cash or use that to buy another business... sadly I'm just the custodian of the operation (CEO)... next goal is to try to get monthly revenue above $4 million and EBITDA above $750K per month! -Mike Reasonable.
