		<description>I couldnt agree more with this!  The problem with most of middle-America is that they have ALL of their net worth tied up in their 401k&#039;s and their home equity.  They have little to no liquidity... and one hiccup can put them into bankruptcy!  I may be a little TOO overboard on this strategy (see my profile on networthiq &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.networthiq.com/people/DRDOLLAZ&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://www.networthiq.com/people/DRDOLLAZ&lt;/a&gt; ) but I feel that liquidity is extremely important and should be utilized as an emergency/opportunity fund for when those situations do arise.</description>
