Come to think of it, a person's debt shouldn't even be slightly behind a person's income. Living within your means is key. LOL! That is okay, I have a plan that I am working on slowly but surely to knock that debt away! Thanks for the mention and I hope that #s make some sort of sense. BTW: the first pie chart is a debt-to-income ratio for buying house. Saying I can carry an X amount of debt and still own a $1,500 month mortgage. At a 66% Fool ratio that is insane! Then, that might explain why the housing market is in hell right now: cuz you let people like me buy houses when we really cannot afford them! ;) Thanks again!
