   As you have stated, what the people here do with this information is totally up to them, But at the very least, You need to go into any contract informed. And a 401 K is just that, a contract.</description>

US Gov&#039;t Thrift Savings Plan (401K for Govt Employees) has a &lt;a&gt;0.015% (no joke)&lt;/a&gt; expense ratio for all funds.

My money is tied up in the a Total Stock Market Index fund.  Other funds cover S&amp;P 500 Index, EAFE Index, Gov and corporate bonds, etc.

I do hate the &quot;cannot get funds until retirement age&quot; I call it get rich slow. I better work on plan B</description>
