I can think of so many reasons why i'm not further along financially or in any area for that matter because I didn't take action. I had brilliant ideas, sometime come to me out of nowwhere, but I didn't excecute due to fear, uncertainty or just procrastination. And now I cringe everytime I calculate what that cost me.... A friend of mine is in opthamology residency. He and his family of 5 are living in a 950sqr ft home. He could easily start making serious cash in a year. The most money that I have ever made has come from "ideas executed" ... ... but, my SAVINGS HABITS stopped me from spending that money while I was still building it up, and my INVESTING HABITS helped me to keep that money safe and growing as I cashed out.
